CARBON EX
The CARBON EX features an Active Suspension system designed for the more experienced skier, which can be adjusted to accommodate intermediates up to aggressive experts.
The following excerpts from a full review of the CARBON EX by the testers at ExoticSkis.com provides an excellent objective overview:
The Antons are the first 'adjustable flex' skis I have every tried that really change when you twiddle the adjusters! We both found the EX had suddenly changed its personality into a serious GS-like race carver that just ripped. We both were laughing and grinning at the end of the run and immediately had to get another one in using these settings. Very cool ride. Complete personality change.
We decided to take a bumpier trail down and the "full race" settings made the EX feel like 210cm GS skis. Tough as nails in the bumps. We backed the settings from 20 down to zero and continued down the trail, this time with compliant, friendly, perky, soft-flexing fun skis instead of unforgiving GS skis. Very cool.
Really cool for expert carvers, but adjustable so anyone could really enjoy them.

The Antons feel like flying when skied appropriately and there is no ski made that is quicker. That includes all World Cup slaloms and everything else.
The EX is a slice of carving Heaven.
It can help level 8 skiers reach level 9 rapidly
Innovation of the Year!
The CARBON EX has the widest performance envelope of the 3 Carbon Series models in terms of terrain, conditions, and higher speeds. However, on firm, less steep groomers and at more moderate speeds, the CARBON GT and CARBON FS may be the better choice for intermediate skiers. The CARBON EX, like the CARBON FS and GT, is not intended for powder or off-piste terrain. Advanced to expert skiers desiring a serious "All-Mountan Carver" should look no further than the new Anton UFOria models.
